What a fun read, it made me want to sit down immediately and start playing my harp. it reads like wonderful journal and journey into your adventures at Christina's. What an opportunity; I would have freaked out being left so often to just do what needed to be done. You must be fearless because you rose to the occasion and played or taught when you needed to. I am envious of the opportunity you had to work with the groups you had access to, you really got to experience a lot about all aspects of teaching and performing. You also got to meet some fascinating people that showed up and happen to be incredible performers. I enjoyed all the photos you added in the book. I particularly loved seeing how many harps Christina had at her home and also the photos of the seniors and of the beautiful landscape of California and life in the mountains.As far as I know no one has done a book about a harp journey, it is a story worth telling, thank you

Beautiful picture of a lovely journey and an inspiration for me as I begin to play the harp with a purpose.
I loved reading Francesca's story of her Internship with Tina Tourin in San Diego and all the consequences of that wonderful opportunity. Francesca writes well and her pictures add a nice dimension to the experience, almost like being there. I have known that Internships like this were available, but have never had such a clear picture of what was involved for the individual. I highly recommend this book for anyone interested in the folk harp, therapeutic music, or how to become a therapeutic musician.
